Autumn has been with SCI for over a year. She has been a great addition to the team adding to the already exceptional professionalism and readiness of the team.

For 12 years Barb has been serving our personal lines customers. Her diverse background in transportation, construction and politics, combined with her 19 years in the insurance industry, gives her a wealth of experience to draw from for our clients

Bruce grew up in the insurance business and works with both commercial and personal accounts. After graduating in 1975 from Miami University with a degree in business he officially joined Strachan-Casale in sales. Over the years Bruce has worked with thousands of clients and has gained great knowledge in helping them manage their risk and creating a comprehensive insurance program.

Chris is ready to chip in on whatever it takes. He has been with us for about a year and is always willing to learn a new facet of the industry. He is now helping with Personal Lines and Bonds.

In the insurance industry for 16 years and with Strachan-Casale, Inc. for two years, Gina cares for our commercial lines customers. She received her associates of Applied Business degree from Lakeland Community College.

Jan keeps our office running like a well-oiled machine. She oversees the day to day activity between our agency, our carriers and our customers. Jan began her career 37 years ago with the original founders Robert W. Strachan and Domonick Casale.

Jill has been in the insurance industry for 18 years. She spent seven years as a sales agent and five years as a trainer at insurance companies in Chicago. For the past four years, Jill has enjoyed working with our clients as part of the Personal Lines Team.

Nancy is our claims manager and personal and life insurance products expert. Nancy has been part of the Strachan-Casale, Inc. family for 34 years.

Rob joined SCI in August of 2011 after being with a large insurance company in Columbus, Ohio for 5 years. His primary focus was field underwriting large commercial risks, he gained a vast knowledge base in the industry.

Sandy is ready to answer the telephone with a smile and greet you when you walk through our doors. She will ensure that your inquiry is handled in a prompt and efficient manner.
