NEW Billing Options for Grange Insurance Customers

To help Grange improve customer service, please be sure to direct your Grange policyholders to the correct options for their billing needs.
If a customer wants to pay their Grange premium, simply:
- Visit GrangeInsurance.com
- Call Grange’s Billing Information System at (800) 425-1100, option 1.
- Customers can pay online or by phone 24 hours a day, seven days a week. All they’ll need is their four-digit PIN, which is located on their policy declarations page and billing invoice.
- If you are a Grange customer and have questions about your bill, you should:
- Call Billing Services at (800) 422-0550, option 3.
- If you are a grange customer and have a question about your policy, call us at Strachan-Casale, Inc. 330-963-3800, or send an email to info@scinsure.com
You can also choose to pay your premiums monthly via EFT directly from your checking account and save $5 per month per policy! If you are mailing checks to Grange for both your auto and home insurane, we can save you $120 per year in billing fees simply by using the EFT billing option.
